Candle Care

Wick Care

Always trim your wick to approximately 5–6mm before each burn.
A properly trimmed wick helps maintain a steady flame, prevents soot, and allows the candle to burn evenly and last longer.

Lighting Your Candle

Use a long lighter or match to safely light your candle, especially for deeper containers.
This ensures better control and helps avoid contact with the flame.

First Burn Matters

Allow the candle to melt evenly across the surface on the first burn.
This helps prevent tunnelling and ensures a consistent, even burn for future use.

Burn Time

For best results, burn your candle for 2–4 hours at a time.
Avoid short burns, as they can lead to uneven melting.

Avoid Overheating

Do not burn your candle for extended periods beyond recommended time.
Overheating can cause the container to become too hot, affect fragrance quality, and reduce overall burn time.

General Care
  • Always place on a flat, heat-resistant surface
  • Do not move the candle while burning or while wax is hot
  • Keep the wax free from debris such as wick trimmings or matches
  • Extinguish carefully and allow to cool before relighting

Safe Use
  • Never leave a burning candle unattended
  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
  • Keep away from drafts, vents, and open windows
