Shipping

We carefully pack and dispatch all orders from our studio within 3 business days.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping service.

  • Free Shipping: Orders valued at $100 or more (after discounts) qualify for free standard delivery within Australia.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate applies to all other orders, calculated at checkout.

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow its progress.

  • Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly, as redelivery costs for incorrect addresses are the customer’s responsibility.

Orders placed Friday through to Sunday will be dispatched from Monday.

  • Melbourne – 1-2 Business Days
  • Rest of Victoria – 1-2 Business Days
  • NSW/ACT – 2-3 Business Days
  • SA – 2-3 Business Days
  • TAS – 4-5 Business Days
  • QLD – 5-7 Business Days
  • WA – 7 Business Days
  • NT – 7 Business Days
  • Regional – 4-10 Business Days

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unopened and in the same condition it was received.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item arrives damaged and is covered under our Parcel Protection Policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email and issue a store credit or replacement according to your preference.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
If covered by Parcel Protection, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used candles or partially burned products cannot be returned.
