Safety Instructions

For a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines when using your candle:

Never leave a burning candle unattended
Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials
Always place candles on a stable, heat-resistant surface
Keep candles away from drafts, vents, or open windows

Bouquet Candles

Do not burn candles inside the bouquet wrapping
Remove individual candle pieces before lighting
Place each piece on a ceramic or metal plate before burning

Candles with Support Sticks

If your candle includes a support stick, ensure it is placed upright in a stable glass or metal holder before lighting
Alternatively, the stick can be carefully removed before use

General Use

Trim wick to approx. 5mm before each burn
Do not burn for more than 2–3 hours at a time
Stop use when 10mm of wax remains
Allow candle to cool before handling

What type of wax do you use?

We use a carefully developed hybrid wax blend to achieve both a clean burn and a strong fragrance throw. This allows our candles to maintain their shape while delivering a consistent scent experience.

Are your candles hand-poured?

Yes, every Waxora candle is hand-poured with attention to detail, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece.

How long should I burn my candle each time?

For best results, allow the candle to burn until the wax melts evenly across the surface. We recommend burning for up to 3–4 hours at a time.

Why is my candle tunnelling?

Tunnelling usually happens when the candle is not burned long enough during the first use. Allowing a full melt pool on the first burn helps prevent this.

Do your candles have a strong scent?

No. Our candles are carefully designed tested in the community before becoming part of the Waxora family to provide a balanced gentle fragrance, noticeable and enjoyable without being overpowering.

Can I reuse the jar?

Yes. Once the candle has finished, the jar can be cleaned and reused for storage or decorative purposes.

Are your candles safe to burn indoors?

Yes. our candles are safe for indoor use. Always follow our safety instructions and never leave a burning candle unattended.
